This page presents the constructive feedback I have provided to my peers as part of my professional learning. Using a recognised feedback model, I have aimed to deliver responses that are supportive, specific, and focused on improving the quality of critical reflection. Each comment demonstrates my ability to engage thoughtfully with others’ ideas, identify strengths, and offer clear, actionable suggestions for improvement. This process reflects my understanding of effective feedback as a collaborative and reflective practice, which is essential for both teacher development and student learning. Engaging in peer feedback has also deepened my own critical thinking and strengthened my ability to evaluate academic work.
